Prevention Magazine Treadmill Review
Prevention's
treadmill review of November 2002 focuses on the lower end of the
market. Despite all experts best efforts to try to make us buy more
expensive, superior quality treadmills - let's face it - most of us
will shop a low end treadmill due to our budget constraints. Prevention
has tried a few treadmills to guide us in the right direction should we
choose to go for a low end treadmill.
The testers
are editors from Prevention, and there are no details about exactly how
the tests were conducted. Neither could I find a list of all the
treadmills that were actually tested, only their selected favorites.
Prevention Magazine Picks Four Favorites
The review
from Prevention features four favorite picks, varying from $800 to
$1500 in price. Each is presented in the article with a few "Why We
Loved It" points as well as one or two drawbacks. These are their
choices:
Smooth 5.0
Proform 995 SEL
Smooth 9.1P
Healthrider T90
